The new building "Torre a cona" is located in the settlement of Sutomore, in the Municipality of Bar. It is located directly next to the main road, on a plot of 1,170 m2 and is intended for tourist housing. It consists of a garage in the basement, a ground floor and three floors. The total number of residential units is 12, of which 8 are one-room apartments and 4 are studios.
On each floor there are two one-room apartments, with a similar layout: living room, hallway, kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. On the first and second floor there are two studios, contents: living area, kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
On the ground floor of the building there is a SPA&Wellness center where users can enjoy the rich content of the sauna and Turkish bath designed for relaxation and recovery. The facility also has a swimming pool that is available for all users.

Novi objekat “Torre a cona“, nalazi se u naselju Sutomore, u Opštini Bar. Smješten je neposredno uz magistralni put, na placu od 1.170 m2 i namjenjen je za turističko stanovanje. Čine ga garaža u podrumu, prizemlje i tri sprata. Ukupan broj stambenih jedinica je 12, a od toga 8 jednosobnih apartmana i 4 garsonjere.
